🧑 Profile
Second-year Master’s student at National Taiwan University, focusing on heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) and currently doing research in the fabrication and characterization of radio-frequency InP-based HBT. Actively involved in device processing and measurement, while also learning advanced simulation techniques using Silvaco TCAD and device design tools. My broader interests span across optoelectronic devices, light-emitting transistors (LETs), and the integration of electronic and photonic systems for future communication technologies. I am always eager to be challenged with new and exciting problems while learning new skills in solving them.

💼 Professional Experience
Integrated Optoelectronic Devices (IOED) Lab, NTU: Research Assistant, August 2024 - Present
Headed by Professor Chao-Hsin Wu (吳肇欣教授), IOED Lab focuses on the design, fabrication, and characterization of high-speed microwave III-V semiconductor electronic and optoelectronic devices. I work on heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT), a type of transistor that use different materials for different regions, instead of using one single material such as silicon. My activities include device processing in the clean room, device measurement and characterization, experiment design and project planning.
PT Graha Securindo Pratama: Assistant Technical Engineer, Nov 2023 - May 2024
PT. Graha Securindo Pratama is an Indonesian distributor of thermal imaging cameras from FLIR, Sensia, Optris and others. I worked on system integration with various customers for gas leak detection and temperature monitoring solutions. My responsibilities included device integration, customer training and field commissioning of thermal cameras.
FA Support (FAサポート): Intern, Aug 2023
FA Support is an industrial automation company based in Fukuoka, Japan. This experience was part of my summer course in Japan. I worked on developing a 3D concept design for an automated tray dropper. My responsibilities included creating the animation and parts of the design.
PT. Daun Pintar Raya: IoT Hardware Engineer, October 2022 – March 2023
PT. Daun Pintar Raya is a hydroponics automation company. I worked on developing and maintaining the company’s flagship products (hydroponics farming IoT devices). My responsibilities included software and hardware development, application integration, in-office testing and field testing
PT. Aldebaran Rekayasa Cipta: IoT Hardware Engineer Intern, July – October 2022
PT. Aldebaran Rekayasa Cipta (Baran Energy) is a company that focuses on renewable energy. I worked on developing an IoT solution for hydroponics farming in the Baran Farm (Daun Pintar) division. My responsibilities included software and hardware development, testing and assisted in horticulture research.
BINUS ASO School of Engineering: Digital Systems (Course) Lecturer Assistant, September 2021 – January 2022
I taught Digital Systems course to 70 underclassmen and assisted with their projects under supervision of Ir. Sofyan, S.Kom., M.Eng. My responsibilities included teaching, creating and grading homework for students.
