Professional Experience

Integrated Optoelectronic Devices (IOED) Lab, NTU: Research Assistant, August 2024 - Present

Fabricate submicron InP/GaAs HBTs using a triple-mesa, wet-etch, self-aligned process with metals defined by e-beam lithography. Develop and optimize metal stack recipes to reduce contact resistance and improve DC/RF performance. Design and execute process experiments (DOE). Perform DC characterization (I-V, Gummel), RF measurement (S-parameters), and TLM extraction. Simulate devices with Silvaco TCAD; design layouts and masks with Keysight ADS.

PT Graha Securindo Pratama: Assistant Technical Engineer, Nov 2023 - May 2024

Integrated thermal imaging cameras (FLIR, Sensia, Optris) for industrial gas leak detection and temperature monitoring. Handled field commissioning, system diagnostics, and customer training.

Wavelength-Dependent Photocurrent Study in GaAs HBLETs

  • Characterized single quantum well heterojunction phototransistors under varying optical wavelengths.
